258 million people in the United States think that they have a novel "inside them", according to a 2015 NYT poll.
Imagine how many great and original works there would be if even a fraction those people finished their novel. I, as a writer and bibliophile, find this particularly depressing. I undertook this project to show these people that it IS possible to finish a novel. I won't say it's not difficult (it is). But it is possible. Hopefully my project can convince people to write, and to finish, the untold story inside of them.
I wrote 36,000 words of my novel, The Six Scales, this year, from September 1st to May 3rd (Judgement Day for our projects)
